2007 Winners Are...
The 6th Annual Urban Mediamakers Film Festival (UMFF) was an
awesome event. Blending filmmaking and activism, the Urban Mediamakers
recognize media as a powerful tool of choice for making positive change
in media and society. The response this year was overwhelming!
UMFF 2007 showcased independent projects from around
the world and there were so many quality films, that it was very hard
for the judging committee to choose the best-of-the-best. The UMFF 2007

The Urban Mediamakers Film Festival (UMFF) celebrated five years October
13-15, 2006. UMFF 2006 honored winning festival filmmakers, as well as
Georgians and national artists that are making a mark on the independent
film community. This three-day festival's theme was "Creating
Urban Legends in Independent Filmmaking," and
offered independent film screenings with competitions
